Sophia Wyatt certainly wasn’t dealt an easy hand - at 16 she was struck down by meningitis and lost both her legs and a number of fingers to the disease. Inspired by a make-up artist who came to the hospital to help burns victims with their skin camouflage techniques, Sophia was determined not to wallow in self-pity. From her ward, she applied to become a make-up artist herself, and just two months after,  she learned to walk and she started her Beauty Therapy course.
